Camp Namanu

Registration		 In the evenings we'll have short concerts followed by lively dance parties.

After the official dancing ends each night, it's Open Microphone time. Camper callers and musicians lead the festivities until the last dancer drops.

During the day, choose from two or three workshops every hour or so. Over the weekend dancers can attend plenty of Contradance and English Country dance workshops. Musicians will choose from several lead, backup, band, and improvisation sessions. There will be workshops for singers, too.

In 2008, in addition to the evening dance parties, your workshop choices will include:
  • 6 Contradance workshops

  • 6 English Country Dance workshops

  • 8 workshops for musicians

  • 3 workshops for callers/leaders

  • 3 workshops for singers
The theme for Sunday evening's dance party will be Red & Black.
